Standard music video production goes as follows;
1. Song is created
2. Production team is chosen
3. Team starts production on music video
4. Music video is completed for the world to see!
However, my current TAFE project, of which I am the director has thus far gone like this;
1. Song is selected from a list
2. Single person formulates concept for a music video
3. A team is formed to work on said concept
4. Part way through pre-production, the original musician decides to be a jerk about his intellectual property
5. Production team approaches a dubstep artist and says "If we give you an animatic, can you make a song that matches the action?"
6. Dubstep artist wows the group with a beautiful dubstep track and says "I can alter this to fit your film."
7. Production continues with original idea and completely different song.
I mean, seriously, that's just awesome.
The track is simply superb and will be easily manipulated into perfectly fitting our song, of which the artist is willing to do for us for free.
I seriously love this guy's music and have ever since I first heard it.
If you're into dubstep at all, check this badboy out;

In the meantime, I'm going to continue rocking out to the track he sent me, it will be on his Soundcloud at a later date.
